There's at least two cops out there today just going from site to site. I have been on 7 and run accross two. They need to be out there catching criminals instead of worrying about what people are saying on the internet.

The only purpose (legally) for a court to impose what is called a gag order is to keep the parties from disclosing any intel to the public press. However when one read both the State and Federal Constitution, the proceedings in a criminal matter (including but not limited to jury trials) is to be public. some media outlet should challenge the courts ruling, by filing a Mandamus in the Supreme Court of Arkansas to force the judge to life the gag order, and or someone needs to go to the courthouse pull the file and read that and then report it, or go to the court hearings, if a 3rd party reports the goings on then Mr Ingle cannot be further charged with contempt of a court order

(this is a correct version)
Now to address Mr. Ingle, he needs to file a federal lawsuit against the SWAT officers, the police the jail, the prosecutor, and other un-named defendants ( ie: and confidential informants) that prompted the warrant under Title 18 USC § 1983; Title 18 USC § 241-247

Rabbi Josiah,
Thank you for taking the time to write and for the wonderful advice. We have been able to get the gag order lifted and we hope to be able to file a federal suit against the SWAT officers. Presently, we are focused on the criminal charges and raising money to cover Tracy's bills and expenses. Please feel free to keep writing, I am looking forward to hearing what you have to say.
